A surface-hardening treatment for the inner tube, distinct from black paint, chrome or gold exterior finish.

Start with product function and mounting dimensions, then assess the chair application.
Are stroke and total length the same?
No. Stroke is the travel during height adjustment. Total length is measured between the reference points on the drawing. Specify these dimensions separately.
What do 100 and 10 mean in market terminology?
Market terms may refer to a 100 mm stroke as 100 or 10. Our technical dimensions are in mm. Identify orders using a model code and an explicitly stated stroke.
How do I select Class, QPQ and finish?
Class is a technical configuration. QPQ is an inner tube treatment considered for Class 3 / 4. Black and chrome are exterior finishes. Gold and other colours are custom-production requests.
Do D50 and D60 indicate diameter?
In this product range, D50 and D60 mean a 50 mm or 60 mm lower-step height. They do not specify diameter. Check base hub position and mechanism height together.
Why is no stroke listed for auto-return columns?
Our auto-return columns have fixed height. Select by 225, 265 or 305 mm total length. The visible inner tube length is 70 mm. Rotation angle and mounting dimensions require confirmation against the model drawing.
Can one model be used in different chair types?
Yes. Executive, task or operator chair labels alone do not determine the gas spring. Assess the base, mechanism, cushion height, interfaces and operating requirements together.
